Shipping Availability

At this time, FrshEssence ships to addresses within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, product launches, or peak shipping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.99.

Orders below this amount will have shipping charges calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

FrshEssence utilizes multiple fulfillment centers and shipping partners across different regions.

Shipping carriers and fulfillment locations are selected based on factors such as inventory availability, destination, fulfillment efficiency, operational requirements, shipping performance, and delivery reliability.

Carrier selection and fulfillment routing are determined solely by FrshEssence and may vary from order to order.

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 6 to 12 business days after shipment.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• Destination location

• Carrier workload

• Seasonal shipping volume

• Weather conditions

• Local delivery conditions

• Operational delays outside of our control

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and should be considered approximate transit times only.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping typically takes approximately 4 to 7 business days after shipment.

The Express Shipping fee covers expedited transportation services provided by the shipping carrier and is paid toward the carrier's premium shipping service.

While Express Shipping receives priority handling and faster transit times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside of our control, including:

• Carrier delays

• Severe weather conditions

• Transportation disruptions

• Peak season volume

• Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Such delays are uncommon but may occasionally occur.

Express Shipping fees are nonrefundable once an order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system. Tracking events may not update immediately after a shipment is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FrshEssence is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, customers should first check with:

• Household members

• Neighbors

• Apartment offices or mailrooms

• Building management

• The shipping carrier

before contacting our support team.

Shipping Delays

While FrshEssence will gladly assist customers with tracking concerns and shipping investigations when possible, transit delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our direct control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, weather events, transportation disruptions, and seasonal shipping volume do not qualify for refunds.
