Return & Replacement Policy
At FrshEssence, we stand by the quality of every fragrance we offer. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than product defect or shipping damage.
π Replacements for Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we will gladly issue a free replacement of the same product. To request a replacement:

Weβll review your claim and, once approved, ship out a replacement at no extra cost.
π« Why We Do Not Accept Returns
FrshEssence does not resell returned fragrances for health, hygiene, and safety reasons. Once a fragrance leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that the bottle has not been tampered with or exposed, even if returned unopened. This protects all of our customers.
Additionally, our pricing model is based on extremely slim margins. Because we source high-quality alternatives at below-retail prices, accepting returns would result in a significant financial loss and make it unsustainable to offer these rates.

Please note that we do not resell mass-distributed designer fragrances purchased at retail. The fragrances sold by FrshEssence are sourced from independent manufacturers who supply high-quality products in the style of popular designer scents. As such, we are not authorized retailers of any designer brand, and our products are not eligible for resale once returned.
