Return & Replacement Policy

At FrshEssence, we stand behind the quality of every fragrance we offer. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, you may qualify for a replacement after verification.

To request a replacement, you must contact us at frshessence@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date.

To process your claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited video showing:

• The outer shipping package

• A clear view of the shipping label

• All contents inside the package

• The fragrance bottle itself

• The damage, defect, leak, or issue being reported

Customers must retain all original packaging materials, including the shipping box, shipping label, inserts, and product packaging until their claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.

We require video evidence rather than photographs because still images can be edited, altered, incomplete, or generated using artificial intelligence tools. A continuous, unedited video allows our team to properly verify the condition of the package, product, and contents while helping protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.

We require a clear view of the shipping label to verify that the package was fulfilled and shipped by our facility, confirm the order information, and ensure the claim is associated with the correct shipment.

Claims submitted without the required video evidence may be denied. Additional verification may be requested at our discretion.

In certain cases involving damaged, leaking, defective, or replacement claims, FrshEssence may require the customer to provide a destruction video of the affected product before a replacement is approved. This additional verification helps prevent duplicate claims and allows us to continue offering replacements when appropriate. If required, instructions will be provided by our support team during the claim review process.

No Refund Policy

FrshEssence does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal fragrance preferences

• Incorrect product selection

• Orders placed by mistake

• Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers

• Refusal to accept delivery

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

• Dissatisfaction with a fragrance after delivery

All approved claims are resolved through replacement only. Refunds are not offered.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

FrshEssence does not accept returns and does not resell returned fragrance products.

For health, hygiene, safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, any product that leaves our facility is considered final sale. Once a fragrance has been delivered, we cannot verify how it has been handled, stored, transported, exposed to environmental conditions, or whether it has been opened, altered, tampered with, diluted, contaminated, or otherwise affected.

Even if a product appears unopened, we cannot guarantee its condition after delivery. To protect all customers and maintain strict quality standards, returned fragrance products are not accepted and are not eligible for resale.

This policy allows us to ensure that every customer receives products that have remained within our controlled fulfillment process from shipment to delivery.

Additionally, our pricing model is built around offering customers access to high quality fragrance alternatives at significantly lower prices than traditional retail channels. Accepting returns on delivered fragrance products would substantially increase operating costs and make it difficult to continue offering our products at current pricing.

Legal Note Regarding Products

FrshEssence is not an authorized retailer, distributor, representative, or affiliate of any designer fragrance brand.

The products offered by FrshEssence are sourced from independent manufacturers and are inspired by the scent profiles of popular fragrances. Any references to trademarks, brand names, or product names are used solely for identification and comparison purposes. All trademarks, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

FrshEssence does not claim any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or partnership with any designer fragrance brand.

Because our products are sourced through independent suppliers and are not purchased through traditional designer retail channels, products that have been delivered cannot be returned, restocked, or reintroduced into inventory.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

While we are happy to assist with tracking concerns and shipping investigations, carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit following our review process, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, mailrooms, and the shipping carrier before contacting us regarding a missing package.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.
